How To Check Palm Top Version

(1) Go to main screen of the Palmtop.

(2) Click on Setting from menu, it will open a screen.
      2.1) Then click on System button (which is at bottom).
      2.2) Then click on About button (shown in screen 2), it will open a screen.
      2.3) Then click on Version button (which is at bottom).

How To Check Device ID

 

There are two ways to check your Device ID

1. Through File
2. Manually

Through File

Download "Device Id" file in your Desktop & transfer it to your Palmtop. Run the file. It will show some data. Send that data back to Future Point to get you Leopalm software

Manually

There are two types of Devices:
1) Pocket PC
2) Pocket PC Phone Edition

For Pocket PC

1) Click on Settings from menu (shown in screen 1), it will open a screen.

2) Click on System button

3) Now click on Asset Viewer (shown in screen 2).

4) Now click on '+' sign before Identity, it will give a list.

5) It will display Serial No. TWC40723R4 and System Name Pocket_PC_iPAQ

For Pocket PC Phone Edition

1) Click on Setting from menu, it will open a screen.

2) Click on System button.

3) Now click on System Console , it will open a screen.

4) Now click on '+' sign before Wireless Module, then click on '+' sign before GSM / GPRS

5) It will display Driver Version:005 and IMEI No:350390-01-079782-8-03
